Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders usually take up to 2- 5 business days (handling time) to be shipped after your order has fully cleared. On holidays please allow up to 4 to 6 (handling time) business days to be shipped. Large or bulk orders, may take up to 5-10 (handling time) business days to process and leave JD Glow. These are estimates, but can take longer depending on the amount of orders needing to be fulfilled.

USA Shipping Time: 2-4 business days  (Not including handling time)

Small Load fee= $4

Medium Load = $6

Heavy Load= $10

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from JDGlowcosmetics.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS. 

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service.  JD Glow Cosmetics does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

 

International Shipping Time: 5-30 days (depends on customs clearance). 

Small Load= $15

Heavy Load Fee= $20

 

Note: We will mark our international orders with the correct value. Customs charges placed by your country is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please make sure you select the correct shipping address during checkout. We will NOT be responsible for shipping costs to the wrong address if you select the wrong address. If we ship to the wrong address in error, we will cover the cost to ship it to the correct address on the receipt.

 

Issues:

If there is any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. We do this because customers receive items and email us days later and sometimes months later.

Returns: 

We Do Not Accept returns due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons. If your unsure if a product will work for you, place a small order(1-2 items) to check the quality before placing a large order. We Do Not offer Samples.

If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact JD Glow. Once we give you the okay to return, you will receive an email with a return address attached as well as instructions. We videotape the opening of all Returns, to ensure the safety of our products and preserve the honesty of our customers

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: We will do extensive tests to secure our pressed powders to make sure they don’t break during the shipping process.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
