Returns & Exchanges
We Do Not Accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons.
If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact JD Glow. Email us at email@example.com with pics of the broken item as well as your packing slip. Once we give you the okay to return, you will receive an email with further instructions. We videotape the opening of all Returns, to ensure the safety of our products and preserve the honesty of our customers
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CUSTOM FEES: These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is abandoned due to the customer not paying their customs taxes, we will refund the order MINUS original Shipping and 10% Restocking fee
Note: We will do extensive tests to secure our pressed powders to make sure they don’t break during the shipping process.
Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. JD Glow Cosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Ingredients are listed under each item.

Issues / Missing Items:
If there is any issues or item missing from your package after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. We do this because customers receive items and email us days later and sometimes months later.
